Q1. Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required but are recommended. Please call the store to set one up.

Q2. How long should I expect an appointment to last?
Saturday appointments are for an hour and a half and start at 10:00AM. Weekday appointments can take longer. End of day appointments must be scheduled at least one hour prior to closing time (see Location & Hours page.)

Q3. How do I make an appointment?
Call BrideBeautiful (404-250-4330) and the receptionist will be glad to assist you.

Q4. What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover

Q5. After my order is placed for my wedding gown, how long will it take to arrive?
BrideBeautiful places each order the same day as your purchase is made, even if you wedding date is a year or more away, this gives our brides the quickest ship date possible. Average arrival is 4 to 5 months. Special ordering your gown with changes may take a little longer, and payment in full is required. Rush shipping is available from most designers for an extra charge. See one of our consultants for any additional questions.
